Harassment charged

SWISSDALE — Woodward Township Police were called to a disturbance at Woodward Meadows Apartments on Coudersport Pike Road at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Carmen Rosamilia, 58, of 109 Crestmont Drive, Lock Haven, allegedly grabbed a 68-year-old woman by the arm and refused to let her go after several requests, police said. He then got into his vehicle and witnesses saw him driving away from the apartment complex, police said. Police found that Rosamilia’s driver’s license is currently suspended, due to a DUI.

Rosamilia was charged with harassment and driving during suspension, police said.
