CLINTON COUNTY

– Ashley Marie Winters, charged with aggravated assault and open lewdness, fined $750, spend 90 days to 24 months in county prison and placed on probation for 12 months.

– Rickey Allen Barner, charged with driving under the influence and recklessly endangering another person, fined $300, placed in the Clinton County Intermediate Punishment Program for 30 months.

– Rickey Allen Barner, charged with simple assault, fined $250 and placed in the Clinton County Intermediate Punishment Program for 24 months.

– Stephen Paul Bower, charged with driving under the influence, fined $2,500 and placed in the Clinton County Intermediate Punishment Program for 60 months.

-Robert Joseph Klinger, charged with driving under the influence and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, fined $800 and placed in the Clinton County Intermediate Punishment Program for two years and six months.

– Toni Elyse Sporny, charged with delivery of a controlled substance, fined $500, will submit a DNA sample and pay the $250 fee and spend two to five years in state prison.

– Brandi Jo Peluso, charged with theft, fined $500, complete 100 hours of community service and spend 89 days to 23 months in county prison.

– Ronald William Neetz, charged with failure to comply with registration requirements, fined $1,000 and spend 24 to 72 months in state prison.

LYCOMING COUNTY

– Brianna R. Follmer, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, 66 days to 12 months in Lycoming County Prison and 50 hours of community service.

-Breanna N. Allen, charged with recklessly endangering another person, 12 months probation and 50 hours of community service.

– Christopher W. Traxler, charged with statement under penalty, six months probation and 25 hours of community service.

– Katelyn Birdsall, 26, charged with small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, 31 months probation and 50 hours of community service.

-David T. Rogers, charged with possession of a controlled substance and hindering apprehension or prosecution, 30 months probation and 100 hours of community service.
