CLINTON COUNTY

– Joshua Michael Cummings, charged with simple assault, fined $200 and placed on probation for 24 hours.

– William John Richards Sr., charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, placed on probation for 12 months.

– Jeremy Curtis Smith, charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief, fined $500, pay restitution of $629, spend six to 23 months in county prison and placed on probation for 12 months.

– Nancy Alexandra Long, charged with disorderly conduct, fined $300.

– Scott Allen Snavely, charged with endangering the welfare of children, fined $500 and spend two to 23 months in county prison.

– Toni Elyse Sporny, charged with delivery of a controlled substance, fined $500, will submit a DNA sample and pay the $250 fee and spend two to five years in state prison.

– Tynesha H. Cooper, charged with two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $200, placed on probation for 12 months and must complete 50 hours of community service.
