Criminal mischief

LOCK HAVEN – A 33-year-old woman has been issued a citation on a charge of criminal mischief for throwing brown liquid – believed to be coffee – on the front door of a home along Youngs Avenue, Lock Haven city police allege.

The defendant was identified as Aften Vinson. The incident occurred on Sept. 17, police said. No other details were provided.

Hit and run crash

SPRING MILLS — There was a crash in the parking lot of the Frosty Mug in Spring Mills, Centre County on Sept 16., according to state police at Rockview.

The crash occurred as a white Mazda Sedan with a New Jersey license plate struck two parked cars, a Chevrolet Blazer and Honda Civic, and fled the scene, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Rockview 814-355-7545.

Harassment

BELLEFONTE — A verbal argument between a 34-year-old female and a 29-year-old female turned physical on Sept. 18, on Valentine Street in Spring Township, according to state police at Rockview.

Charges will be filed through district court,

police said.
