Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– Justin Dean Miller, of Beech Creek, charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with child, sexual assault, aggressive indecent assault of child, indecent assault of person less than 13 years of age and corruption of minors-defendant age 18 or above, waived for court.

– Aubrey Lynette Buckley, of State College, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, two counts of turning movements and required signals and depositing waste on highway, waived for court.

– Dylan Michael Fisher, of Lock Haven, charged with riot-intent to commit felony, conspiracy-simple assault, simple assault, corruption of minors, conspiracy-harassment, conspiracy-disorderly conduct engage in fighting, loitering and prowling at night time, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, conspiracy-recklessly endangering another person, harassment, disorderly conduct engage in fighting and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.

– Crystal Michele Glantz, of Howard, charged with simple assault and harassment, waived for court.

– Vadim William Richard Heverly, of unknown address, charged with riot-intent to commit felony, conspiracy-simple assault, corruption of minors, conspiracy-harassment, conspiracy-disorderly conduct, loitering and prowling at night time and conspiracy-recklessly endangering another person, charges withdrawn.

– Barry J. Kitchen, of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

– Cathie Eileene Rote, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

– Samuel A. Zuback, of Mill Hall, charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, two counts stalking, charges withdrawn, and harassment-follow in public place, moved to non-traffic court.

– Colin Baker Weinstein, of Bronx, N.Y., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and four counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
