CLINTON COUNTY

– Marshall William Swanger, charged with driving under the influence, second offense, fined $1,500 plus costs, placed on Intermediate Punishment program for 24 months, serve 90 days in the Day Reporting Center Program.

– David Allen Marrick Jr., charged with driving under the influence, third offense, fined $2,500 plus costs; placed in Intermediate Punishment Program for five years and spend one year in the Day Reporting Center Program.

– Brayden Robert Fisher, charged with harassment, fined $300 plus costs.

– Mark Richard Hatterer Sr., charged with fleeing or attempting to ellude, fined $300 plus costs, 60 days to 12 months house arrest with GPS monitoring.

– Richard Lee Pelton Jr., charged with possession of small amount of marijuana for personal use, and improper display plate, fined $75 plus costs.

– Sharon Lee Cooper, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100 plus costs, placed on probation for 12 months. On a charge of driving under suspension, Cooper was fined $200 plus costs.

– Lisa Marie Worden, charged with retail theft, felony of the third degree, ordered to pay costs of prosecution and placed on probation for 24 months.

– Kyle Francis Grey, charged with theft, fined $750 plus costs; pay restitution in the amount of $60 and placed on probation for 24 months.

– Kyle Francis Grey, charged with criminal trespass, fined $750 plus costs, pay restitution of $59.47; under imprisonment of 30 days to 24 months less one day; probation of 24 months.
