Police: Man uses
counterfeit $10 bill
LINDEN — State police are looking for a man who passed a counterfeit bill at the Sheetz store along Route 220 at Linden.
Police said that on Sept. 26 at around noon, a man arrived at Sheetz by unknown means and passed a counterfeit $10 bill.
The actor fled the scene by unknown means, in an unknown direction, undetected, police said. Anyone with information should contact 570-368-5700.
Rear-end collision
LOCK HAVEN — Brandy Boob of Lock Haven, told city police she did not react in time to stop before she hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Casey Jones of Lock Haven on Bellefonte Avenue just before 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20.
Jones was slowing to make a left turn onto First Street when the accident occurred, police said.
Boob’s 2017 Dodge Caravan had disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Valley Collision, police said. The vehicle driven by Jones and owned by Cameron Leitzel of Lock Haven suffered minor damage, police said.
There were no injuries, according to police.
Two men accused of
disorderly conduct
LOCK HAVEN — Two men, Kevin Lutz, 21, of Pottstown, and Jeffrey Grammas Jr., 21, of Columbia, Pa., were charged with disorderly conduct after they were involved in a fight in the rear parking lot of Hangar 9, Lock Haven city police reported.
Police said the incident occurred at 12:49 a..m. on Saturday, Oct. 20.
Criminal mischief
LOCK HAVEN — City police are investigating a report of criminal mischief that occurred between Oct. 19 and Oct. 22 at 610 E. Church St.
Police said an unknown person damaged two lights to a sign at that address.
The damage was estimated at $60, police said.
