Soft drinks thrown at residence

MILESBURG — Two fountain drinks were thrown at a private residence in Milesburg Borough, Centre County.

According to State Police at Rockview, the case of criminal mischief occurred when two drinks were thrown at a home on Nov. 4. The victims were John Peters, 54, and Bridget Renninger, 71, both of Milesburg.

The act took place in the middle of the night and a wallet was found at the scene, police said.

It is believed to belong to the suspect. The investigation is ongoing, police said.

Man arrested for DUI

HOWARD — A 48-year-old Howard man was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on Nov. 24 following a traffic stop along Ridge and Twenty Two roads in Burnside Township, Centre County, State Police at Rockview said.

Police reported that the man was driving a 2014 General Motors Sienna at the time and was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center for a legal blood draw.

Vandals hit Frito-Lay truck

BELLEFONTE — State Police at Rockview report that someone damaged a 2014 Frito-Lay delivery truck sometime on Dec. 3 or 4 while it was parked at the Frito-Lay Building along old Route 220 in Boggs Township, Centre County.

Police say that someone shot BBs into the passenger window, causing it to shatter. Damage is estimated at $250. The investigation continues and anyone with information is asked to contact police at 814-355-7545.
