of threatening officers

DUNNSTOWN — A Woodward Township man is facing charges of threats and disorderly conduct for allegedly threatening police officers during a confrontation at a home along Cider Press Road in early December.

Sergio Esposito, of 58 Woodland Drive, “did interfere with officers in the performance of their official duties” at a residence in the 300 block of Cider Press Road on Dec. 4, according to township police.

Police said officer from the township and City of Lock Haven converged on the residence in question “to apprehend a wanted female known to have been inside the residence.” Esposito also went to the scene and, “once there made several threats to kill or injure officers,” township police allege.

A criminal complaint was filed charging Esposito with four counts of terroristic threats, and one count each of disorderly conduct and obstructing administration of law, according to township police.
