Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– William Joseph Detillo, of Beech Creek, charged with two counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-second offense and driving while license is suspended or revoked, waived for court.

– Brooke Lindsey Dickey, of Howard, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Kyle Adam Douty, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, exceeding 35 miles per hour in urban district by 13 miles per hour, failure to stop at red signal and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.

– Rita Ann Foley, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property, waived for court.

– Amy Jo Foster, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking, waived for court.

– Abrion Terrell Giddings, of Philadelphia, charged with sexual assault and aggravated assault without consent, charges withdrawn, harassment and indecent assault without consent of other, waived for court.

– Nicholas Daniel Joy, of Lock Haven, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Gregory Allen Lee, of Lock Haven, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Jason Montey Letterman, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and harassment, waived for court.

– Andy Lee McDonald, of Ickesburg, Pa., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

– Colton David Morlock, of Mill Hall, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, held for court.

– Brandon Lee Payne, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

– Morgan Jo Workman, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft, waived for court.

– Thomas Wayne Workman, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and careless driving, held for court.
