CLINTON COUNTY

– Ashley Edna Muthler, charged with furnishing drug free urine, fined $150 and placed on probation for 12 months.

– Ashley Edna Muthler, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, spend five to 12 months in county prison.

– Joshua Michael Cummings, charged with simple assault, fined $500 and spend 120 days to 24 months in county prison.

– Chrissy May Sheppard, charged with conspiracy to commit retail theft, fined $100, complete 50 hours community service and placed on probation for 36 months.

– Brooke Lindsey Dickey, charged with possession of a controlled substance, spend seven days to 12 months in county prison and must complete 50 hours community service.

– Jeffrey Lee Merryman, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $250 and placed in the Clinton County Intermediate Punishment Program for 12 months.

– Tyler Scott Dewald, charged with possession of a controlled substance, fined $600 and placed in the Clinton County Intermediate Punishment Program for 36 months.

– Hakim Thomas Coles Jr., charged with possession of small amount of marijuana for personal use, pay costs of transport to sheriff’s office of $454.48 and spend 15 to 30 days in county prison.

LYCOMING COUNTY

– Andrew L. Franklin, 42, of Lock Haven, was sentenced to 30 to 60 months in state prison for possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine.

– Caleb Brain, 27, of Lock Haven, was sentenced to 60 days in the county prison and 12 months probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

– Alexander Powell, 36, of Lock Haven, was sentenced to six month probation for disorderly conduct.

– Adam R. Warden, 30, of Jersey Shore, was sentenced to 12 month probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
