No injuries in two-vehicle crash

LOCK HAVEN — A crash occurred on Jan. 9 at approximately 3 p.m. at the intersection of East Walnut Street and South Grove Street, Lock Haven, according to city police.

Vehicles operated by Bradley Gentzel, of Loganton, and Mitchell Briggs, of Lock Haven, collided in the intersection, police said.

Briggs said “he was just driving when Gentzel pulled out in front of him and caused the crash,” and his vehicle had to be towed from the scene, police said. Gentzel was issued a citation related to him proceeding without clearance, police said. No one was injured.

Public drunkenness

LOCK HAVEN — According to police at Lock Haven, Carmen Rosamilia, of Lock Haven, was cited for public drunkenness after he was allegedly under the influence of alcohol to the degree that he passed out while eating food inside of the Shanghai Chinese Restaurant, 140 E. Main St., on Jan. 9 at approximately 9 p.m.
