Harassment alleged

LINDEN — Jeremy Snook, 35, of Linden, has been charged with harassment after he allegedly arrived at the home of Peter Geanacopoulos, 39, at 160 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, on Jan 13. and the two of them became involved in a physical altercation, according to state police at Montoursville.

Theft by deception

HOWARD — On Jan. 1, state police at Rockview received a report from John Thompson, 46, of Howard, concerning an incident involving an identity theft. State police at Rockview are currently investigating.

Disorderly conduct

BELLEFONTE — A report of a school shooting occurred via social media on Jan 12, according to state police at Rockview, and it was quickly determined that a 14-year-old male fabricated the story for attention and retribution.

Charges of disorderly conduct have been filed, police said.

Drug charges

HOWARD — Justin Young, 28, of Howard, has been charged with drug possession on Jan. 9, at 8:22 a.m. at 179 Dry Run Road, Walker Township, according to state police at Rockview.

Police said Young was found to be in possession of marijuana, THC wax and various drug paraphernalia items.

Charges were filed through District County 49-3-02, police said.

DUI alleged

BLANCHARD — Robin Losch, 53, of Blanchard, has been charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Eagleville Road in Liberty Township.

State police at Rockview report Losch was stopped for a traffic violation at 1:07 a.m. on Dec. 29, and subsequent investigation indicated that he was operating a motor vehicle wile under the influence of alcohol.

A blood draw indicated that Losch’s blood alcohol was over the legal limit during the time of the traffic stop, police said.

Charges were filed through District Court.
