Public urination

LOCK HAVEN — Dillan Tsukey, 20, of Broomall, and Donovan Jean, 20, of Newtown Square, have been charged with public urination after allegedly being observed urinating in the area behind the Ross Library, Willards Alley, Lock Haven, on Feb. 17 at approximately 1 a.m., according to city police at Lock Haven.

Hit and run

LOCK HAVEN — A vehicle owned by Jack L. Shultz, 75, of Mill Hall, was allegedly struck at 108 S. Jones St., Lock Haven on Feb. 17 between 6 and 7 p.m., police at Lock Haven said.

The driver side mirror to Shultz’s vehicle was broken, but the owner was not able to provide a description of the other vehicle, police said. Shultz was provided information needed to file an insurance claim, police said.

Three-vehicle crash

LOCK HAVEN — Abigail Nihart, of Lock Haven, has been charged with following too closely and driving on an expired inspection after a crash on Bellefonte and West Church Streets in Lock Haven on Feb. 14, according to police at Lock Haven.

The incident occurred as Jamie Perkins, of Beech Creek was traveling east on Bellefonte Avenue and stopped to make a left hand turn, police said. Nihart’s vehicle struck the vehicle of Lynne Mohn, of Lock Haven, and pushed her vehicle into the one driven by Perkins, police said. Mohn stated that she had plenty of time to stop, but her vehicle was struck from behind and pushed forward, police said.

No injuries were reported, but Nihart’s vehicle, observed with an inspection sticker dated November 2018 was towed from the scene, according to police.
