LOCK HAVEN — A motor vehicle accident occurred on Feb. 25, as Leslie Cohen, of Montoursville, was traveling westbound and his vehicle struck a retaining wall in the 900 block of Bellefonte Avenue, according to police at Lock Haven.

Cohen told police he believed a high wind gust blew his vehicle into the retaining wall, police said. His vehicle, a 2018 Audi, had disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Martin Motors.

Both the driver and his passenger Francine Cohen, were uninjured, police said.

Damage to the retaining wall caused large rocks to fall into the roadway, which were removed by the Lock Haven Fire Department prior to clearing the scene, police said.
