Vehicle hits embankment, pole

WATERVILLE — A crash occurred on Feb. 8 at approximately 5 p.m., as Alexis Orgitano, 20, of Waterville, lost control of her vehicle, on Route 44, Cummings Township, state police at Montoursville said.

Her vehicle, a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, struck an uphill embankment and then a utility pole, sustained disabling damage and was removed from the scene by Aikey’s Towing, police said.

Orgitano, who was wearing her seatbelt, was not injured and refused EMS treatment. She was cited for not driving at a safe speed, police said.

No injuries in two-vehicle crash

WILLIAMSPORT — A crash occurred on Feb. 7 at approximately noon, as Nichole Lively, 33, of Jersey Shore, and Kevin Terra-Blanche, 33, of Williamsport, were traveling on East Third Street, Loyalsock Township, state police at Montoursville said.

Lively has been cited for following too closely after striking the rear of Terra-Blanche’s vehicle as they both were in the left lane of travel, police said. Neither driver was injured, police said.

Criminal mischief

LOCK HAVEN — A resident of the 800 block of Bellefonte Avenue reported to city police that unknown persons shot a pellet gun at two windows of his home causing damage. City police said the incident occurred overnight Friday to Saturday.

Underage drinking

LOCK HAVEN — Nolan D. Hillegass, 18, of Boyertown, was charged by city police with underage drinking and public drunkenness at 4:05 a.m. on Feb. 9, in the Campus Village parking lot on West Church Street.

Police said the defendant was under the influence while under 21 years of age and also found to be under the influence to the degree that he was vomiting in a public parking lot.
