Howard man points

BB gun at vehicle

BELLEFONTE — Nathan Poole, 19, of Howard, was arrested on Feb. 14 for allegedly pointing a BB gun that resembled a semi-automatic pistol at a 24-year-old Bellefonte woman traveling on Interstate 99, Benner Township, state police at Rockview said.

Poole was charged for the incident through district court, police said.

ATV stolen from trailer

SNOW SHOE — State police at Rockview are investigating the theft of a blue 2008 Yamaha Raptor ATV from an enclosed trailer on Spruce Road, Snow Shoe Township, Centre County on Dec. 13, 2018.

Vehicle rear ended

BELLEFONTE — The driver and passenger of a 2001 Ford Focus transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center by Bellefonte EMS for suspected minor injuries after their vehicle rear ended another vehicle at a red light, state police at Rockview said.

Elizabeth R. Houtz, 62, of Bellefonte, was traveling south on Route 144, Benner Pike, when she approached a red light and struck a 2019 Lexus GX, driven by Joshua L. Liebman, 46, of Livingston, N.J., police said.

Neither Liebman or his passengers, Alyson Liebmen, 45, and a 17-year-old girl, both of Livingston, N.J., were injured during the crash, police said.

Houtz was issued a citation for following too closely, police said.
