Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– Dennis Rocco Caprio, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, failure to carry registration, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

– Ivan Richard Englert, of Lock Haven, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, held for court.

– Robert Russell Gillin, of Farrandsville, Pa., charged with strangulation, robbery, theft by unlawful taking property from another by force, theft by unlawful taking, simple assault, definite trespass of actual communication and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.

– Cherokee Duwayne Hamilton, of Lock Haven, charged with false reports-reported offense did not occur, waived for court.

– Cherokee Duwayne Hamilton, of Lock Haven, charged with furnishing drug free urine-use or attempt, waived for court.

– Richard Dean Hevner, Jr., of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane, follow too closely and careless driving, waived for court.

– Colby James Hiddlemen, of Honey Brook, Pa., charged with driving under the influence-first offense and no headlight, waived for court, and purchase etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor, charge withdrawn.

– Mitchell James Overdorf, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and turning movements and required signals, waived for court.

– Christopher Powroznik, of Renovo, charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

– Sean Anthony Prosser, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, exceed 25 mile per hour in a residential district by 42 mile per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

– Jason Dean Risbon, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, charge dismissed, and harassment, moved to non-traffic court.

– Billie Rae Topp, of Lock Haven, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

– Billie Rae Topp, of Lock Haven, charged with furnishing drug free urine, charge withdrawn, and disorderly conduct, moved to non-traffic court.
