Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– Terri Lynne Billet, of Bellefonte, charged with materially false written statement-purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm and unsworn falsification to authorities, waived for court.

– Todd Jason Breon, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

– Tanner James Eisley, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-second offense and marijuana-small amount personal use, waived for court.

– Devin Lee Gentzyel, of Mill Hall, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Seth Nuvan Goonewardene, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, two counts failure to keep right, exceeding 25 mile per hour residential speed limit by 11 miles per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

– Abigail Marie Gray, of Williamsport, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

– John T. Hafer, of Lock Haven, charged with aggravated assault, strangulation, simple assault and harassment, held for court.

– Aaron Robert Mann, of Beech Creek, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Natasha Ann Mills, of Mill Hall, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and marijuana-small amount personal use, charges dismissed.

– Joshua Benjamin Smith, of Mill Hall, charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and marijuana-small amount personal use, charges dismissed.

– Kelly Jo Smith, of Beech Creek, charged with theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception, waived for court.
