Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– Colton M. Altman, of Renovo, charged with aggravated assault, strangulation, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.

– Jason L. Bilbay, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to carry registration, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane, turning movements and required signals, careless driving, no rear lights and violate hazard regulations, waived for court.

– Jennifer Lynn Brown, of Mill Hall, charged with theft of property lost by mistake, receiving stolen property and possesing access toa device knowing its counterfeit or altered, waived for court.

– Kaitlin Buoni, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

– William Reed Fourney, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-third offense, operating vehicle without ignition interlock, driving unregistered vehicle, notice of change of name or address, driving without a license, failure to notify change in address, exceeding maximu speed limit established by 14 miles per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

– Todd Lavern Geyer Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment, waived for court.

– Cordale Rayshon Graham, of Lamar, charged with criminal mischief-tamper with property, obstruction of emergency services, drive over fire hose, careless driving and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, held for court.

– James Leroy Hinton, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

– Markis D. Hubbard, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and harassment, waived for court.

– Walter David Johnson Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with three counts marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving, no rear lights and failure to use safety belt-driver and front seat occupant, waived for court.

– Melinda J. Lebert, of Mill Hall, charged with bad checks, waived for court.

– John Edward Meyers, of Loganville, charged with possession of firearm prohibited, simple assault and possession of instrument of crime with intent, charges dismissed.

– Michael James Moskel, of Houtzdale, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, two counts disregard traffic lane, turning movements and required signals, exceed maximum speed limit established by 13 miles per hour and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.

– Matthew Gabriel Rosado, of Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, exceeding 65 or 70 miles per hour for all vehicles by 10 miles per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

– Jamie Lee Sheetz, of Williamsport, charged with failure to register with state police, waived for court.

– William Andrew Schildknecht, of Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Ryan Michael Zerbe, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, operating a vehicle without required financial receipts, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.
