Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– Kayla Jean Kinley Baker, of Mill Hall, charged with operating a vehicle without ignition interlock, theft from a motor vehicle, false identification to law enforcement officer, driving an unregistered vehicle and display plate card in improper vehicle, waived for court.

– Kayla Jean Kinley Baker, of Mill Hall, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and criminal use of communication facility, waived for court.

– Michael Barry Blackwell, of Renovo, charged with simple assault, charge withdrawn, and harassment, moved to non-traffic court.

– Tara Jean Brennan, of Lock Haven, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

– Nicole P. Burns, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture controlled substance, charge withdrawn, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, moved to non-traffic court.

– Amanda Ann Harkinson, of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Shayne Michael Krail, of Norristown, Pa., charged with burglary-overnight accommodation, no person present, criminal trespass-enter structure, 20 counts theft by unlawful taking, 19 counts receiving stolen property, two counts theft by unlawful taking and firearms not to be carried without a license, held for court, and 19 counts possession of firearm prohibited, charges withdrawn.

– Harry Nicholas Reynolds, or Lock Haven, charged with two counts theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, charges withdrawn.

– Jennifer Nichole Smith, of Lock Haven, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Jamie Lee Ulrich, of Milton, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and no rear lights, waived for court.

– Tiffani Ann Renzo, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane, careless driving, accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property, failure to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle, held for court.

– Nysene Maurice Gray, of Lock Haven, charged with aggravated assault-victim less than six and defendant 18 or older, endangering the welfare of children and simple assault, held for court.
