Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– Michael Lynn Andrus, of Jersey Shore, charged with stalking, two counts of harassment, loitering and prowling at night time and two counts defendant trespassing actually communication to victim, held for court.

– Chad Alan Bell, of Eighty-Four, Pa., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, disregard traffic lane, exceeding maximum speed limit established by 13 miles per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

– Harvey William Bower, of Lock Haven, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Jillian Boyd, of Lock Haven, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Tasha Sue Bryan, of Beech Creek, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

– Gregg Andrew Gharet Sr., of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, three counts disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

– Nicholas Edward McCloskey, of Mill Hall, charged with firearms not to be carried without a license, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle, held for court.

– Matthew David Marshall, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and no rear lights, waived for court.

– Cody Jacob Pentz, of Hollidaysburg, Pa., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, obscured plated-illegible at reasonable distance, exceed 65 or 70 miles per hour for all vehicles by 30 miles per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

– Macee Nanette Raub, of Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Tara Lynn Shutt, of Centre Hall, charged with receiving stolen property, criminal attempt to escape, institutional vandalism of an educational facility, disorderly conduct hazardous physical offense and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, held for court.

– Christian Danielle Taylor, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, endangering the welfare of children, driving without a license and safety restraints-child under four years, waived for court.
