Terroristic threats, assault

LOCK HAVEN — An altercation took place between several individuals between the ages of 18-21 on April 11 at approximately 8:30 p.m. at 221 Cider Press Road in Lock Haven, according to police at Woodward Township.

Two individuals were physically assaulted, one the victim of a strangulation, and a third person was threatened, police said. Also, approximately $1,500 in damages were inflicted to a 2000 Honda CRV parked in the driveway, police said.

Criminal charges are pending, police said.

Terroristic threats

CENTRE HALL — A 56-year-old Centre Hall man has been charged with terroristic threats after he was allegedly waving a gun from his 2005 Chevrolet truck window on April 10 and made a non-specific threatening statement towards a victim, according to state police at Rockview.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.

Criminal mischief

LOCK HAVEN — Elizabeth Miller, 21, of Lock Haven, was cited for criminal mischief after tampering with a victim’s shampoo at a 300 Foundation Drive residence in Lock Haven on April 7, according to police at Lock Haven.
