LOCK HAVEN — Kendra Sue Bendik, 31, of Lock Haven, was charged by Lock Haven City Police with possession with intent to deliver, possession of drugs and paraphernalia on April 2.
Police said Bendik was taken into custody and jailed after being found with drugs and paraphernalia at the scene of a drug overdose at 312 N. Grove St.
She was arraigned before District Judge Keith Kibler, who set bail at $75,000. She remains in the Clinton County Correctional Facility, police said.
LOCK HAVEN — Alexis Gerwert, 18, of Altoona, was charged by Lock Haven City Police with underage drinking and open container at 12:20 a.m. on April 7, in the guest parking lot of Evergreen Commons.
She will be issued a citation, police said.
