Possession with intent to deliver
LOCK HAVEN — Andrew Dunn, 22, and David Stosch, 22, both of Lock Haven, were both charged with possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and intent to deliver after a search warrant was executed on their apartment at 31 Bellefonte Ave., Apt. #1, on April 9, according to police at Lock Haven.
Numerous items for packaging drugs, along of paraphernalia, marijuana, and other controlled substances were located and seized, and both defendants were placed in the Clinton County Correctional Facility, police said.
BELLEFONTE — On April 8, Paula Rhoades, 55, of Milesburg, and Dain Welch, 37, of Bellefonte, were both charged with harassment after engaging in a physical confrontation that involved grabbing and shoving each other at 118 Dublinwood Dr., according to state police at Rockview.
