Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

– Bryce Steven Allen, of Mill Hall, charged with criminal mischief-damage property, waived for court.

– Erica Lynn Barclay, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, charge withdrawn, and harassment-subject other to physical contact, moved to non-traffic court.

– Anthony Blood, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane, turning movements and required signals, careless driving, waived for court.

– Jesse James Brooks, of Linden, charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Jenny Rebecca Confer, of Lock Haven, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Jonathan Wesley Gadd, of Mill Hall, charged with false identification to law enforcement, waived for court.

– Paul Krieg, of Post Falls, Id., recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise, exceeding maximum speed limit of 55 mile per hour in other location by 18 miles per hour, pass left unsafe, disregard traffic lane, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, reckless driving, waived for court.

– Ryan Joseph Malinowski, of Dover, charged with manufactured etc. a controlled substance, charge withdrawn, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Kolton T. Parker, of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, waived for court.

– Matthew Warren Parker, of Lock Haven, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, waived for court.

– Patrick Ryan Shady, of North Bend, charged with three counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

– Wesley Cleon Snyder, of Renovo, charged with two counts initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and two counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
