Man charged for dog attack

LOCK HAVEN — A Lock Haven man was charged with harboring a dangerous dog on May 16.

According to Lock Haven city police, a dog broke loose from an unlocked wooden fence and attacked the next door neighbor and their dog. The attack sent the victim to the hospital.

The dog was owned by Brandon Cole Bernazzol, 24. The attack took place in the 200 block of South Jones Street.
