LOCK HAVEN — A one-vehicle crash occurred on June 19 outside of Brite Laundry, Lock Haven, when a vehicle driven by David Weaver, 67, of Mill Hall, hit a clothing donation box, according to police at Lock Haven.
When contacted by police, Weaver said when to hit the brakes his truck accidently accelerated, police said. There were no injuries, police said, and Weaver was able to drive his vehicle away.
LOCK HAVEN — Four male individuals have been charged with harassment after an incident occurred at 4 Riverview Avenue in Lock Haven on June 20, according to police at Woodward Township.
The names listed on the report include Chance Foltz, 25, charged with two counts of harassment, and Scott Felt Jr., Steven Kelley, and Collin M. Bilby, all of Lock Haven and each charged with one count of harassment, police said.
Passenger injured in two-vehicle crash
MILL HALL — One person was hurt in a two-vehicle crash on June 15 as Brock Breon, 26, of Blanchard, and an unknown driver were both traveling west on Bald Eagle Mountain Road in Bald Eagle Township, Clinton County, according to state police at Lamar.
The un-named driver was traveling at a speed of 10 mph in a posted 25 mph zone and as Breon began to pass, the other driver sped up to prevent him, police said. As Breon almost completed the pass, the other driver turned into the passenger side of Breon’s vehicle causing it to spin and slide off the edge of the roadway, crashing into a semi-trailer and tree, police said.
The driver then continued on without stopping at the scene, police said.
Breon was not injured, but his passenger, Keiayla Waite, 18, of Reedsville, was transported to UPMC Susquehanna by Goodwill Hose ambulance with injuries of unknown severity, police said.
Possession of drug paraphernalia
BELLEFONTE — Adam Lucas, 36, of Bellefonte, and Tyler Young, 28, of Potter Township were found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia at 129 Lower Georges Valley Road in Potter Township, Centre County, on June 11, according to state police at Rockview.
Theft by fraudulent check
BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview investigated an incident on June 12 where Alyson Hippo, 25, of Bellefonte, sent a diamond ring to Florida via an online sale.
The victim sold the ring for $900 and received a check for $1,800, but the check was found to be fraudulent, police said.
Deer causes crash
MACKEYVILLE — A one-vehicle crash occurred on June 17 as Tara Bell, 39, of Brecksville, Ohio, was traveling west on Interstate 80 and a deer entered the roadway from the left side of the road, according to state police at Lamar.
Bell’s vehicle struck the deer and then left the side of the highway before coming to a rest, police said. Neither Bell, nor her passenger, Renee Wolfe, 65, of Lewisburg, Ohio, were injured, police said.
Vehicle strikes deer
CASTANEA — Keith Brooks, 32, of Blossburg, was involved in one-vehicle crash on June 17 as he was traveling north on Route 220 in Castanea Township and struck a deer that was in the lane of travel, according to state police at Lamar.
The collision caused disabling damage to the vehicle but Brooks was wearing his seat belt and was not injured, police said. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Shawn’s Towing out of Blossburg, police said.
FLEMINGTON — Judy Meredith, 52, of Woolrich has been charged with harassment after allegedly grabbing Patricia Confer, 29, of Lock Haven, by the arm and neck during a brief altercation on June 16, according to state police at Lamar.
Meredith allegedly traveled to a residence at the rear of 516 Frederick St., Flemington, and a verbal argument took place that later turned physical, police said.
Cell phone found
LAMAR — A cellular phone was found at the residence of 6742 Nittany Valley Drive, Porter Township, Clinton County, on June 17 that did not belong to the owner, according to state police at Lamar.

LOCK HAVEN — A 45-year-old female from McElhattan, is allegedly facing DUI charges.
State police said they stopped the Buick Rendezvous the woman was driving when she committed a traffic violation and she was found to be driving under the influence.
The incident occurred at 11:09 p.m. on June 16 on WEst Park Street at Bellefonte Avenue.
