Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

∫ Curtis Michael Darby, of Lock Haven, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

∫ Jeffery Lynn Foster, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, def. trespassing actual communication to and harassment-subject other to physical contact, charges withdrawn and harassment-subject other to physical contact, moved to non-traffic court.

∫ Matthew George Glowa, of Bethel Park, Pa., charged with driving under the influence-third offense, driving while blood alcohol level is 0.02 or greater while license is suspended, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

∫ Markis D. Hubbard, of Lock Haven, charged with criminal trespass-burglary-overnight accommodations; person present, two counts simple assault and two counts harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

∫ Joseph Richard Long, Jr., of Renovo, marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-first offense, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

∫ Patrick Michael Lowery II, of Renovo, charged with unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles, waived for court.

∫ Robert Lee Neff, of Mill Hall, charged with two counts initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and possession of marijuana, waived for court.

∫ Matthew James Nihart, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft-taking medicine and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

∫ Robert Scott Nutting, of Elmwood, N.J., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, exceeding 65 or 70 mile per hour for all vehicles by 21 mile per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

∫ Tyler James Snyder, of North Bend, charged with initial possession controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

∫ Travis Johnathan Styers, of Mill Hall, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and two counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

∫ Blair Allen Miller, of Bellefonte, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, display plate card in improper vehicle and manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, held for court.

∫ Colton M. Altman, Renovo, charged with aggravated assault, strangulation-applying pressure to throat or neck, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, waived for court.

∫ Ralph Tyler Hyland Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, five counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia and operating/permitting operation of vehicle with unsafe equipment, waived for court.

∫ Ralph Tyler Hyland Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with disorderly conduct, waived for court.

∫ Fernando Venegas Flores Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with disorderly conduct, waived for court.

∫ Shyheim Daquan Brown, of Harrisburg, charged with disorderly conduct, waived for court.

∫ John Michael Ross, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment, driving without a license, no rear lights, driving under the influence-first offense, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence and initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

∫ Tasha Marie Stephens, of Lock Haven, charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person, charges withdrawn, two counts simple assault, two counts harassment-subject other to physical contact, criminal mischief-tamper with property and criminal trespass/simple trespasser, waived for court.
