Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

∫ Kareem Jovaugh Nesbeth, of Springfield, Mass., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, disregard traffic lane, three counts operating/permitting operation with unsafe equipment and out of service criteria, waived for court.

∫ Tynesha Haleigh Cooper, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

∫ Kurt A. Eichenlaub, of Loganton, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, combination alcohol and drugs-first offense, disregard traffic lane, careless driving, accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property, failure to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle and failure to use safety belt-driver and front seat occupant, waived for court.

∫ Stephen Michael Eldred, of Lock Haven, charged with receiving stolen property and retail theft, waived for court.

∫ Kenneth Paul Fisher, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving and no rear lights, waived for court.

∫ Treston Wesley Harris, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane, improper right turn, careless driving and failure to use safety belt-driver and front seat occupant, waived for court.

∫ Holden Michael Hastings, of McElhattan, charged with risking catastrophe and criminal mischief-tamper with property, waived for court.

∫ Michael Todd Karichner, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-third offense, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, exceeding maximum speed limit established by 17 mile per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

∫ Omar Hanimahmoud Kazimi, of Kingston, Pa., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, exceed 65 to 70 mile per hour for all vehicles by 84 mile per hour, careless driving and failure to use safety belt-driver and front seat occupant, waived for court.

∫ Joseph Dewayne Landreth, of Frackville, Pa., charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and exceed 65 to 70 mile per hour for all vehicles by 14 mile per hour, waived for court.

∫ Cyril Canatus Little III, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, held for court.

∫ Leslie Nicole Mosser, of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-second offense, careless driving and accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, waived for court.

∫ Zamir Alonzo Nole, of Philadelphia, charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of communication facility, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, held for court.

∫ Allison Rae Sechrist, of Avis, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and exceed maximum speed limit established by 10 mile per hour, waived for court.

∫ Matthew William Wadsworth, of Renovo, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, three counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia and obscure plates-illegible at reasonable distance, waived for court.

∫ Derek Justis Wetzel, of Howard, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, firearm not to be carried without license-no criminal violence, improper display plate and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.

∫ Charles Harris Wolstenholme, of State College, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and exceed 65 to 70 mile per hour for all vehicles by 15 mile per hour, waived for court.
