DUI alleged

LINDEN — Ryan Dunlap, 34, of Linden, was arrested and taken to UPMC Susquehanna on Aug. 28 for a blood draw after a traffic stop along Route 220 near its intersection with Sawmill Road, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, state police at Montoursville said.

Dunlap was pulled over for speeding when it was determined that he was under the influence, police said.

Charged are pending lab results, police said.

DUI controlled substance

AVIS– Todd Luth, 57, of Avis, was sent a summons to appear before a Lycoming County district judge facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance and careless driving, state police at Montoursville said.

The charges come after a traffic stop along Maynard Street, Williamsport, on June 28 when Luth refused to give a blood sample, police said.

This is Luth’s second DUI arrest, police said.

Criminal mischief

LINDEN — State police at Montoursville are investigating a case of vandalism in Harvest Moon Park, Woodward Township, Lycoming County on Aug. 31.

Two juveniles are accused of spray painting graffiti on the rear of an un-named property owner’s shed, police said.

DUI crash

JERSEY SHORE — Teresa Bianchi, 52, of Jersey Shore, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving following a crash on Lycoming Creek Road, Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County on Dec. 16, 2018, state police at Montoursville said.

This is Bianchi’s second DUI arrest, police said.

Bianchi was sent a summons to appear before a district judge, police said.

Strangulation alleged

LINDEN — A 27-year-old Williamsport man was charged with strangulation, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after police were called to a home along Northway Road, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, on Sept. 4, state police at Montoursville said.

The man, name not listed, is accused of strangling, punching, shoving and otherwise harassing the victim, police said.
