Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

∫ Crystal Marie Figueroa-Gonzalez, of Sunbury, charged with simple assault, charge withdrawn, and harassment, moved to non-traffic court.

∫ Landis Lavinia Acosta-Melendez, of Milton, charged with simple assault, charge withdrawn, and harassment, moved to non-traffic court.

∫ Maria Natacha Adrian, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

∫ Jonathan W. Bierly, of Loganton, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, furnishing drug free urine-use or attempt and careless driving, waived for court.

∫ Joseph Michael Caris, of Lock Haven, charged with three counts initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, four counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.

∫ Jakob L. Haines, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence as a minor-first offense, accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property and reckless driving, waived for court.

∫ James McDowell Miller Jr., of Mill Hall, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and driving an unregistered vehicle, waived for court.

∫ Natasha Ann Mills, of North Bend, charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, waived for court.

∫ Rachel Rebecca Muir, of Lamar, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, improper left turn, turning movements and required signals, careless driving and no rear lights, waived for court.

∫ Donald Leon Pennington Jr., of Milroy, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, habitual offenders, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived for court.

∫ Bradley Marshall Sellinger, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft, waived for court.

∫ Trent Matthew Smith, of Williamsport, charged with retail theft, waived for court.

∫ Jessica Lynn Taylor, of Jersey Shore, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and operating vehicle without a valid inspection, waived for court.

∫ Thomas Jay Vaughn, of Altoona, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
