Pizza Hut night is Wednesday, Feb. 21 from 4 to 10 p.m. at 153 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, when 10 percent of participating customers’ total bill will go directly to the youth. Pizza Hut coupon cards also are being sold, and information is available from the church office.

Tomorrow is ‘Souper Bowl’

Churches observing the “Souper Bowl of Caring Sunday” tomorrow include St. Mark Lutheran in Snydertown, where everyone is asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the local food pantry and a special offering. A feast of chili, corn bread, soups and desserts will follow worship.

At United Evangelical Lutheran in Lock Haven, Sunday school participants will collect money to benefit Helping Hands, which offers free hygiene and cleaning supplies the first and third Wednesdays of the month at the church.

At St. Paul’s Lutheran, Mill Hall, a Souper Bowl offering will benefit the Clinton County Women’s Center.

At St. John Lutheran, Jersey Shore, the Scouts and church youth will collect donations of money and canned goods for the New Love Center Food Pantry. The Scouts also will participate in the service.
