Holy Spirit offers
inquiry sessions
LOCK HAVEN — Holy Spirit Catholic Parish invites everyone, regardless of personal history, age, income, background, gender, race, ethnicity, spirituality, or marital situation, to join in exploring the Catholic faith in community and deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ.
Weekly, “no obligation” inquiry sessions start Monday at 6:30 p.m. Sessions will meet most Mondays, mid September to mid May, at Holy Spirit Parish Center, 7 E. Walnut St.

Trinity Bellefonte
offers Blessing of Pets
BELLEFONTE — Trinity United Methodist Church will host its first-ever Blessing of the Pets outdoor service on the church green, 128 W. Howard St. The service is open to the community.
The pastor, Rev. Christopher Passante, will bless each pet individually during the abbreviated service. A reception for all pets, and humans, will follow, with free food and refreshments for everyone under the tents outside. Music is also planned to be part of the event.
Pets should be leashed or contained in some way.

Greenwood Valley Boys

LINDEN — The Greenwood Valley Boys will perform at Pine Run United Methodist Church, 1719 Pine Run Road, at 6 p.m. tonight. Light refreshments will follow. A freewill collection will be taken.
