MILL HALL — Many may have noticed a change on Main Street in Mill Hall.

The Mill Hall Church of Christ has partnered with Tri County Church (TCC) to create TCC: North Central.

For months, members of the church and the community have been hard at work preparing for a new phase in the church’s life.

With their partnership, the Mill Hall Church of Christ and TCC are rebuilding by following their motto “better together.”

To celebrate this new phase, the church has planned an event called Fall Kickoff. It will officially showcase the two churches coming together.

Fall Kickoff is open to the community and will be held at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9.

TCC is a church with six different locations across the state of Pennsylvania ( The seventh location is the online campus which connects people across the United States and around the world. (Check it out at Every weekend, the high-energy, engaging, and relevant services, including the live-streamed worship online, are focused on helping people and offering hope.

To TCC, they are “one church right where you are.”

TCC believes people can gather together in leadership no matter where they are in life’s journey.

“Church is a gathering of people. Come as you are… no matter what you believe, we want to walk with you,” said Chris Trethewey, the lead pastor for all campuses.

TCC: North Central in Mill Hall has a lot to offer, including a children’s program called Kids Rock, life groups, a nursery and an in-house preschool program.

“We are offering people, no matter what they believe or where they find themselves in life, to go on a journey with us,” said Casey Redmon, the pastor of TCC: North Central’s campus. “I am just excited to be part of all of our local communities and connecting with people.”

The Fall Kickoff will start with worship, then will feature all kinds of fun for kids and adults alike, including a 90-foot obstacle course, food trucks, and games.

The kickoff is also going to introduce a new five-week long series titled “Elephant in the Room.” The series will focus on the “elephants” in our relationships. These may be relationships between friends, family and even God.

“The renewal of hope is exciting in someone’s life,” Redmon said. “Especially in the world in which we live in now,” Trethewey added. “We need to love first.”

As TCC: North Central puts the final touches on the preparations of the Fall Kickoff, the church encourages anyone at any stage of life to come join in worship and celebrate together.
