Sharing Hope Ministries

to hold auction

MACKEYVILLE — Sharing Hope Ministries, a group who extends God’s love by providing disaster relief to those affected by natural disasters such as hurricanes, disease and famine, will be holding an auction at the Clinton County Fair Grounds from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 29.

Auction items include household items, Amish-made furniture, toys, quilts, buggies and tools and will be conducted in the Commercial and 4-H buildings.

Food will also be available throughout the auction including barbeque chicken, pork sandwiches, hoagies, fresh cut fries, pasta salad, Nan’s Donuts, fresh baked good and homemade as well as a homestyle breakfast in the morning beginning at 7 a.m.

Proceeds from the auction will be used to help families whose lives have been devastated by natural disaster.

Kingdom Hall to

hold open house

MILL HALL — Kingdom Hall will be holding an open house to show their newly remodeled facility.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 22.

Kingdom Hall is located at 1 Homestead Dr., Mill Hall.

Men’s dinner at Bald

Eagle Presbyterian

MILL HALL — Bald Eagle Presbyterian Church, 109 Main St., will be hosting a men’s dinner on June 18 at 6:30 p.m. All the men of the church are invited to attend this special dinner prepared by the ladies of the church. All that is required is any man interested to sign up so they can get an accurate count for the meal. Anyone who has not signed up may do so by calling the church and leaving a message at 570-726-4112.

Yardsale at Church

of our Savior

MONTOURSVILLE — Church of Our Savior, 31 N. Loyalsock Ave., Montoursville, will be holding an indoor yardsale on Saturday, June 22 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. with lunch also available.

Summer Coffeehouse services

MACKEYVILLE — Mackeyville Summer Coffeehouse Services will be held again this year at the Mackeyville United Methodist Church on Saturday evenings at 7 p.m. today with a community picnic and fire ring, July 20, Aug. 17, and Sept. 14. All are invited to the Coffeehouse Service.
