Lindy Sisters concert tonight moves indoors

LOCK HAVEN – The Lindy Sisters have returned to Lock Haven and will sing their swingin’ sentimental selections tonight at 6 p.m.

The concert, originally scheduled for Triangle Park, will be held inside the Elks club at 216 E. Main St., due to the weather.

Lynette, Loralie and Linda Lou have a heart for swing music. Singing together is as natural as breathing to this trio, with three-part harmony reminiscent of classic trios such as The Andrews Sisters, The Kings Sisters and The McGuire Sisters.

The public is invited to attend the free concert, part of the Lock Haven Summer Concert Series.

Financial support of the 2017 Summer Concert Series is provided by the following sponsors: The (Lock Haven) Express, Bear Country Radio WQBR, The Record, Auto Barn, Avis Building Supply, Central Pennsylvania Auto Auction, Clinton County, Clinton County Community Foundation, Clinton County Economic Partnership and Visitors Bureau, Comcast, Diversified Asset Planners, Dotterer Equipment, Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center, First Quality, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #4298, Gearhart Herr Insurance, Homestead Pools, Jersey Shore Hospital, Jersey Shore State Bank, Keller & Munro, La Societe des 40 Hommes et 8 Chevaux, Lock Haven Moose, Loggia Giosue Carducci Lodge #146, MediaX Creative Inc., Pizza City, Triple D Truss, and UPMC Susquehanna Health.
