Threats reported against JS Sr. High School
JERSEY SHORE – Threats were made against Jersey Shore Senior High School, the Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police Department confirmed this afternoon.
According to one source, the school district has sent voice mail messages to parents reporting that the school would have heightened security Tuesday with extra personnel in the hallways.
According to another parent, the voice mail also said possible threats were found on a bathroom wall, and if parents do not feel safe, they may keep their teens at home Tuesday.
The police department is investigating.
The superintendent of schools could not be reached for comment this afternoon.
