Former KC soccer coach accused of sexual assault

Warrant issued for his arrest

LOCK HAVEN – As of Friday afternoon a warrant was issued by the Lock Haven City Police Department for Cole Gregory Black, who is accused of having sexual contact with a student while he was a teacher at the Keystone Central School District in 2018, Lock Haven City Police Detective Richard Simpson said in a press release obtained from District Attorney Dave Strouse’s office.

Black taught at Bucktail High School and Central Mountain Middle School and was also a girls’ soccer coach at Central Mountain High School, Simpson said.

Black is charged with rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, institutional sexual assault, two counts corruption of minors and indecent assault, he continued.

Anyone with information on Black’s location is requested to contact Lock Haven Police by calling the Communication Center at 570-748-2936.
