Tina M. Maney

Tina M. Maney, 54, of Clarence, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College.

Born on Aug. 9, 1962, in East Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late David D. Ludwig, Sr. and Barbara A. (Ceprish) Ludwig of Clarence. On Jan. 24, 1981, in Clarence, she married H. Dane Maney who survives at home.

Tina was a member of the Queen of Archangel Roman Catholic Parish Church in Clarence. She was 1980 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School. She was employed at Bald Eagle Area High School, holding many positions, but most recent was in the clerical department. Prior to working at the high school, she was Learning Support Aid at Clarence Elementary, Snow Shoe Elementary and Wingate Elementary.

Tina enjoyed her flower gardens. She was an avid wrestling fan of the local high schools, traveling to many away meets and attending district matches. She enjoyed taking photos, holidays, and family gatherings. She loved to socialize with her friends and play bingo. Her biggest joy was being with her husband, children and especially her grandchildren.

Tina was a member of the Clarence Moose Club #1565, Young Democratic Club in Clarence, and the 3 Point Sportsman Club in Clarence.

Tina is survived by her husband of 36 years, three sons; Michael B. Maney and his wife, Eileen, of Bellefonte, Mark D. Maney and his wife, Kendra, of State College, and Scott R. Maney and his wife, Elizabeth, of Howard, her daughter; Ashley M. Murray of Clarence, her son in-law, Shane, of Clarence, and three grandchildren; Kaydence, Peyton and Michael. She was excited to be expecting her fourth grandchild in August.

Also surviving is her mother, Barbara A. Ludwig in Clarence, three siblings; Maryann L. Couteret and her husband, Larry, of Karthaus, David D. Ludwig, Jr., of Clarence and Barbara A. Mitchell and her husband, Jared, also of Clarence, brother in-law; Norman D. Maney of Karthaus, sister in-law; Norma Maines of Karthaus; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a large circle of close friends.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Norman and Marion Maney, brother in-law; Andy Maines, sister in-law; Sandy Maney, and nephew; James D. Brooks.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, May 21, 2017, from 5-8 p.m. with a rosary service at 7:45 p.m. at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Snow Shoe. Funeral Mass will be on Monday, May 22, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Queen of Archangel Roman Catholic Parish Church in Clarence with Father Michael Wolfe officiating. Burial will be private.
