Clayton J. Cingle
Clayton J. Cingle, 22, of Clarence, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center in State College.
Born on June 28, 1995, in State College, he was the son of Jeffrey D. and Laura R. Amendola Cingle of Clarence.
Clayton was a life member of the Queen of Archangels Roman Catholic Parish Church in Clarence. He was a 2013 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School. He was attending classes at the Lock Haven University studying GEO Sciences. He worked at the Cingle Brothers Machine Shop, Inc.
Clayton enjoyed being in the outdoors and spending quiet days along the stream, fishing. He liked to play basketball and be with his friends. He also enjoyed lifting weights, playing cards, and campfires. He was very proud to play “big brother” to his five sisters. He wanted only the very best for each of them.
Clayton is survived by his parents, five sisters; Madeline A. Cingle, Julia G. Cingle, Tessa M. Cingle, Georgia J. Cingle, and Charlotte J. Cingle all of Clarence, and a brother, Seth Marrara of State College.
Also surviving is his Maternal Grandmother, Shirley Amendola of Erie, Paternal Grand Mother, Mary Cingle of Clarence, girlfriend, Alexis Martin of Lock Haven, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. He will be missed by all that truly knew him.
Clayton was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather, Arnold Amendola and by his Paternal Grandfather, William Cingle.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Snow Shoe.
Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 11 a.m. with Father Michael Wolfe officiating. Burial will be private at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in Clarence.
