Vincent J. Sementilli

Vincent J. Sementilli, 63, of 338 E. Church St., Lock Haven, passed away Oct. 10, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born in Lock Haven on Aug. 21,1954 to the late Vincent L. and Edith Heverly Rine.

Vincent was united in marriage Nov. 20, 1981 to Laura Pursel Sementilli who survives.

He was a graduate of the Lock Haven High School and had served four years with the U.S. Marines from 1972 – 1976.

Vincent had worked for the former Bud Casselberry’s Auto in Lock Haven, the Lock Haven Warehouse, the Federation National in State College and was last employed at the Lock Haven Auto Distribution. He loved spending time with his pet dogs Max and Pappi, his cat Niles, and he also enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to yard sales.

Surviving in addition to his wife Laura, are three sons, John S. (Karla) Andrus, Joshua L. (Tosha) Andrus and James F. Sementilli. Also surviving is a daughter Jamie Lynn Sementilli; two sisters, Sandra Laird and Mary Jo (Phil) Leitzell, 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, V. J. Fisher and a brother, Harry Sementilli.

Funeral services for Vincent J. Sementilli will be held on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017 at 11 a.m. from the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home Friday from 6-8 p.m. Officiating will be Pastor Karl Steele of the Orviston Bible Church. Interment will be in the Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions will be accepted in Vincent’s name to the Clinton County SPCA, 33 Mill Hill Road, Lock Haven, Pa. 17745.
