WOW! What a fantastic job done by all. My husband and I enjoyed the Renovo Christmas Concert immensely. Patty Lacy was enthusiastic. Martina Rogers, Dave and Shelly Sorgen were great accompanying the choir. I giggled a bit when I saw a Santa’s hat pom pom on Tom’s nose. Awesome! Hopefully we will hear a Spring Concert!

The Penn State Master Gardeners of Clinton County would like to THANK all those who helped to make our recent Holiday Greens Sale and Workshops a success. A big round of applause to Chris Fink, Barb Hall, Charisse Sick and Karen Worth of the Jersey Shore Garden Club for sharing their expertise as workshop instructors. They did a wonderful job and we are very grateful. Many thanks to Dave and Mabel Heverly, Brad Moore, Ed and Dosie Cox, Joanne Heimer, the Jersey Shore State Bank, and members of the Jersey Shore Garden Club for helping us to obtain greens, pine cones, dried flowers, and other supplies. Special thanks to Arnie Burrows for cutting and delivering greens and to Randy Gillen for making our sale sign. Julie Brennan and Lisa Engle of the Economic Partnership helped to get the word out about our Holiday Greens Sale and we really appreciate their assistance. Thanks are also in order for members of the County maintenance staff who moved and set up tables at the Garden Building for us. Many thanks to the staff of Kohen’s Cleaning for cheerfully sweeping up all of the needles, leaves, berries, etc. left on the floors of our offices before, during, and after our sale.

Thanks to students in the SPRT 335 Community Relations class at Lock Haven University for hosting the event. These students managed all aspects of the event and officiated the Wallyball, Dodgeball, and Wheelchair Basketball Tournaments. They also secured sponsors for the event and raised over $6,500.
