Quilts and more!

Mill Hall

On Sept. 23 and 24, we had the opportunity to step out of our busy and chaotic world into a world of talent and beauty.

The Clinton Piecemakers Guild held its quilt show at the Central Pennsylvania Auction building just off Route 220 and Interstate 80 with easy access and parking.

Some 200 quilts plus wall hangings, throws, purses, table covers and much more were on display for the public’s enjoyment!

Vendors had supplies ready for making quilting easier, interesting and challenging.

Friendly members were ready to chat with you about quilting.

Also, a table displayed handmade items by members for sale.

Colorful material, intriguing designs and tiny stitches sewn with love make a quilt.

Clinton County has many quilters quilting as individuals or in groups and then distributing their quilts in many different areas and ways.

Hats off and a big hand to all of you!

Blankets keep you warm, but quilts wrap you in love!

Great show! Thank you!

See you at the next show!

(Shirley J. Miller is a non-quilter but an avid quilt lover!)
