Good grief

EUGENE MOORE

McElhattan

In the Jan. 24, 2018, edition of The (Lock Haven) Express, it was reported that the Keystone Central School Board was set to hire a substitute superintendent for up to $500 per day.

You’ve got to be kidding me.

That totals out to $62.50 per hour.

The board talks about cutting school programs and even maybe closing schools, and now it’s going to pay someone a $500 per day salary.

Get a grip. That is just crazy What are you thinking?

No one deserves that kind of money in this poor area and yet, this person doesn’t even live in this area.

Good grief. Hire someone locally and for less.
