Save a building, create jobs

In regard to Mr. Steve Poorman’s July 7 letter to the editor, “Worry about history, not a hole in the roof,” and the old Town Tavern, why doesn’t Mr. Poorman repurchase the Town Tavern and fix it up and call it Poorman’s Tavern?
That means the building will be saved and jobs created, and, he can have his name on the outside of the building.
