Not safe, not easy

Lock Haven

I’m concerned about a certain bank in the city not providing proper and safe access.

At this bank, one must exit his or her vehicle to access the ATM. Also, the ATM has no “privacy” provisions that I observed.

After accessing the ATM, a person risks injury, because you have to step blindly into the path of vehicles exiting the drive-thru windows.

Otherwise, you must walk out to a heavily traveled street to exit the facility – most inconvenient to say the least.

This bank office has three drive-thru windows.

Why not make one of them into an ATM drive-thru facility?

These problems were brought to the attention of management several times and I got a response such as “we’ll look into it.”

Banks must be customer oriented.
