City snow removal

So far as I understand, a store owner can get fined if they don’t remove snow from their sidewalk, but myself and others coming into the City of Lock Haven have to pay to park on a snowbank and risk falling because of the city’s lazy attitude toward plowing.
I think the City of Lock Haven leaders’ need to get out from behind their walls and spend the money to take care of things.
