With Commonwealth Speaker Alan Irvine presenting “From Rabble to Revolution: Tales of Protest and Dissent,” Heisey Museum, 362 E. Water St., Lock Haven. Meeting at 1 p.m., free program at 2 p.m. followed by light refreshments and free museum tours.
