The lock, as it was confirmed, is Central Mountain softball received the No. 1 seed and a bye directly into the May 21 championship at Hess Field against the winner of No. 2 Hollidaysburg and No. 3 State College. The Lady Golden Tigers have defeated State College twice in the regular season.

The Millionaires had them loaded five times against Lewistown Monday, and struggled to find the knockout blow.
Bellefonte clips Altoona
BELLEFONTE — Teetering at the edge of .500, the Bellefonte Red Raiders needed a spark as the playoffs are looming right around the corner. The spark came as they were able to push past Altoona 6-3 Thursday in Bellefonte and secure its 10-win season.
